Sydney Bernice Sweeney (born September 12, 1997) is an American actress. Sydney has starred as Cassie Howard in the HBO teen drama series Euphoria since 2019 and played a sardonic teenager in The White Lotus in 2021. For her roles in them, she received two Primetime Emmy Awards nominations in 2022, the former for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Drama Series and the latter for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Limited or Anthology Series or Movie. Sweeney is the founder of production company Fifty-Fifty Films, launched in 2020.
